"Dear Father, I come to you acknowledging my need for Jesus Christ the Lord. I know he died for me according to the scriptures. I know He shed His blood for me and to cleanse my sin according to the scriptures. I know He rose again victorious over sin, death, hell, and the grave according to the scriptures. So I now receive Jesus Christ as Lord of my life. And I confess Him as my Lord. I repent of my past and renounce satan and all his works, and I will serve Jesus Christ, the Lord of my life, all the days of my life. Amen"
